The Borough Office is now located at 110 S. Walnut St. and the Police Department is located at 109 S. Mulberry St.
This is actually the same building, just seperate entrances. If you plan to attend any future Council meetings or Authority meetings, please use the Walnut St. entrance. If the doors are locked, press the doorbell button below the speaker located just outside the entrance. There is a convenient mail slot near the Walnut St. entrance for water/sewer bill payments and a similar mail slot near the Mulberry St. entrance for payment of parking fines and to drop off completed (signed) traffic warning cards.

AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING ALL PERSONS, PARTNERSHIPS, BUSINESSES, AND CORPORATIONS TO OBTAIN A PERMIT FOR ANY CONSTRUCTION OR DEVELOPMENT; PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF SUCH PERMITS; SETTING FORTH CERTAIN MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT WITHIN AREAS OF THE BOROUGH OF MARTINSBURG WHICH ARE SUBJECT TO FLOODING; AND ESTABLISHING PENALTIES FOR ANY PERSONS WHO FAIL, OR REFUSE TO COMPLY WITH, THE REQUIREMENTS OR PROVISIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE.
