AN AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 489 OF THE BOROUGH OF MARTINSBURG, BLAIR COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA

BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED and IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED AND ENACTED  by the Council of the Borough of Martinsburg, Pennsylvania, as follows:

Ordinance No. 489 of the Borough of Martinsburg, Blair County, Pennsylvania, establishing various Snow Emergency Routes shall be amended to include the following snow emergency route:

(M) On North Market Street on the West side of said street between West Julian Street and Forshey Street.

All other Sections of Ordinance No. 489 are hereby ratified and confirmed.

ORDAINED AND ENACTED as an Ordinance of the Borough of Martinsburg, Pennsylvania, this 1st day of February, 1999. This Ordinance shall take effect five (5) days upon the enactment thereof.
