The recycling center is located beside the Martinsburg Borough Garage at 371 S. Nicodemus St. Martinsburg, PA 16662.  The recycling center is for use by residents of Martinsburg Borough, North Woodbury, and Huston Townships only. Key scan cards are available at the Martinsburg Borough Office, 110 S. Walnut St. Martinsburg, PA 16662. Hours are Monday - Friday 8 am - 12 pm and 1 pm - 4:30 pm.
